When planning a garden think location.

As with buying real estate, choosing the right location for your garden is key to getting a good return on your investment. In the case of a garden, your investment is your time and the cost of plants or seeds, and your return is a successful harvest or just the enjoyment of seeing healthy plants growing in the area you created for them. There isnít necessarily a right or wrong location for a garden but there are right plants and wrong plants for any given location. Sun or shade, wet or dry are things to consider before you plant.By matching plants to the conditions they grow best in, you will have healthier plants that will be less likely to succumb to insects or disease. Read about the plants you want to grow and make sure you are providing them with a suitable home.
